AICE Media Final Task CCR Question 3 and 4

3rd question Transcript

Hey guys it is currently 10 am the next day and Ill be doing a get ready with me really fast since I’m going to pick up flowers for my moms birthday. I just finished doing my hair and getting ready. So now I need to so my makeup. So for this question were going to be doing the 3rd question and is “How did your production skills develop throughout this project?”This is really easy to answer considering before these projects I had no idea what I was doing, no film terms or skills like acting and directing.. I’ve never directed a movie clip or had to put together ideas.(This is bronzer) Like now everytime I’m watching a movie, in my head i’m like oh that’s an establishing shot or a POV shot. Also, i’ve been an editor, a filmer and an editor for this project. This definitely took a lot of skills of having the vision of how The scenes should look and flow together. Since for acting I played the role of the mom that escapes the toxic household and later comes in. So I playde the skills of containing a happy face and tone to prevent sounding like a robot. For example as a Director I had to tell the actors which were myself and jenna and zoe, what they should be doing and explain to them the emotions that need to be portrayed, there were some clips I put together since even though Jenna is the main director, they werent seeing the vision. So for example theres a scene where oe just walks infront of the car and I believed that it wasnt good enough. So I directed jenna into filming Zoe walk during an establishing shot, then placing Jenna behind me so it goes straight into cutting intoa Over-The sholdur shot. In the car is myself with a hoodie to maintain the mysterious genere and it shows my head moving as I was Stalking Zoe. As zoe had to rewalk I made her start at a certain point so that once I edit since I also played the editing role, It would be in sync. SO that defintely did take a lot of skills Ive never tested before. Especially since ive never participated in making a movie. This is my tarte concelaer in the shade Medium-Tan. I would defintly say acting for me and my friends was ahrd since it is hard to stay serious and not laugh when the camera is recording especially since you cant have that in the film. Making sure the genre stays the same with being eerie and the music.I mean even for editing because I had the idea of adding color effects to have scenes appear darjker or lighter for the mood changes. So I ended up taking her computer, and then I edited the videos. With all this, the main production skill I learned what Team work. Being able to communicate ideas and not put anybody down and make sure everyone is included. It’s important that everyone’s Ideas are presented in the movie and to try and agree. Not arguing and effectively communicating and sharing ideas was the most important. Making sure to work well with my team and keeping a positive environment is what matters

4th question ccr Transcript

So for The final question on my critical creative reflection is “How did you integrate technologies- software, hardware, and online- in this project?”

This is super easy since considering how almost everybody has a phone, information spreads extremely fast. Without technology, this class wouldn’t even be an option and its amazing right now and everything is easy to put together. Me and my team didn’t have cameras so to record we used Jennas phone and my phone for some clips, we did have an option for the camera but for technology and the software since anything recorded on my phone for example, it all transfers so quickly to my computer without needing to purchase a USB as you would for a camera. That takes time. The main app used was Cap cut, this is a spoolie to brush the hairs,  since most websites require a subscription and money. Cap cut was definitely our best option since  every other website and app requires a subscritpions  and some of them even cost money, as highschool kids, well me and my group do not have the funds for that. My group and I also used a lot of websites but the main one was ARTOFTHETITLE. Especially since it offers a bunch of opening sequences of movies and it shows examples of actual published movies that were amazing. So why wouldnt someone want to try and use that informaion and learn. It was perfect. This is my super lash avacado mascera but, finally it would be pblished on a lot of social media platforms like instagram and youtube since now everyon ehas phones, its the apps majority of teens and oder people have. Its the fastest way for people to watch the videos and relate. Even tik tok which we peobably will post it on, this will help the movie gain a bigger audience.
