 HEY FANSS!! Im back with another blog about my music video. So at this point we finished filming at the beach and Amayas house . Once we finished the video we all thought we were done till we forgot we had to edit and put it all together. Before we actually did research on our editing and figuring out how to work it on apps, I helped Jenna do research. I went on tik tok of course and searched how to do split screen on cap cut. Cap Cut was the main app we used to format everything then trim and cut. I had to search up editing tips, things not do to, and the best short cuts on how to put it all together. During this process, my iphone storage was suffering. It was full of videos with tips on how to edit. This was jenna’s first time so of course it didn’t come out 100% but it’s okay it still looks good. The more projects we get, the more we’ll improve. At this point jenna had every tip created on how to be a pro editor thanks to me, Zoe, and Amaya. We all filled the our group chat with t

  Hey FANS!! As you can see from the picture above this, WE FILMED THE BEACH. It was a lot harder than we thought.It wasn’t even planned to film this day since we were at school talking about media then realized today none of us were busy so we decided to film THAT DAY. And it just so happened that day was so cold and windy so I was definitely not excited. We left off where Zoe and Amaya are changing and we continued to film where we’re all in the car. After filming which was really funny since I couldn’t kick them out so I can act sad, we walked to the beach. The weather is we HORRIBLE. It was so so windy, and the waves were so bad. There was a red flag that describes the state of the ocean and it was obvious why. Not only that, we only had an hour to be done because Zoe needed to be home by 7. We’re 20 minutes away from Amayas house, then need to drive to Zoe’s house another 20. So in reality, only 20 minutes to film. This meant NO RETAKES. Every shot had to be done on the first try

 Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog. So just a reminder my group and I are still in the process of getting our music video together. So far nothing has changed, we’re all always busy. I was free and so was jenna but Zoe and Amaya had work. Even if they went to work at 5, I understand them not wanting to film because going from school, to filming, to work, that’s tiring. If I was in their position I would say no too. It’s okay though, I know some groups that haven’t even filmed at all. Other groups filmed everything easily but their story was a little more simple compared to ours. My music video consist of actually going to the beach that’s 20 minutes away and having to find parking. As well as convincing our parents since we’re still kids of course.We still have time and we have the first section done as I said in my last blog. Now all we have to do is GO TO THE BEACH!Fun. I’m back happily to rant more on our progress as you can see in the tittle. Last blog I talked about how it was hard to make plans on the days we can film. I also mentioned how we all have completely different schedules and routine which is still true. I go to school walking to study haul with Amaya. We’re talking about when we’re gonna film since none of us have time and randomly she goes let’s do it today, I obviously said yes because I didn’t even think about that.The only issue is that our main setting for the music video is at the beach and the  Us was experiencing a cold front so it was cold and windy. That was not a good day for the beach and in the music video 3 of us are getting in the water. I don’t know about amaya and zoe but I do not want to run into cole beach water.So we talked it all out at lunch and decided to fil

 Hey blog it’s definitely been a while since i’ve actually talked to you guys on here. Let me keep you updated on the new stuff now. Okay, so i’m filming a music video as you guys already know but it’s with a group, i’m not doing a project solo anymore. My group is the people who i’m friends with that also take the same class. We’re excited to start filming and it’s definitely not easy to set a day or two to actually all go out and start. We were supposed to film this weekend but 2 of us got busy, one of them is me. My other friend had a birthday party and family dinner. Coincidentally, I HAD THE SAME EXACT ISSUE. I had my dads birthday and birthday dinner saturday and sunday. Friday we all went to a football game so of course no filming there. Here’s a picture of me on friday it was Frat Boy theme.  Funny right. But yeah I know these issues will come up a lot because we all have our own life and different scheduals. So it’s good to plan at least a week in advance when we’re all meetin

  Scene 1 : A split screen of the mean leaving the sad girl out.  Scene 2: Split screen of the mean girls getting ready for the beach together with matching bathing suits and the sad girl is getting ready alone  Scene 3: Split screen of the mean girls in the front seats of the car and the sad girl is in the back being left out of the conversation  Scene 4: They have arrived at the beach and the mean girls are talking and laughing while the sad girl is sitting all alone. Scene 5: The sad girl went to go walk over to the mean girls and accidentally knocked over the mean girls water bottle Scene 6: The mean girl gets mad and pushes the sad girl while the mean girls friend just watches Scene 7: The sad girl that was pushed is on the ground in pain crying  Scene 8: As the sad girl goes to get up the 2 mean girls use force which throws the mean girl into the water. Scene 9: The two mean girls then. get in the water and start splashing the sad girl with water which prevents her from running

PLANNING _________ Song Title :Stitches by Shawn Mendes Props: Since our location will be at the beach, we’ll need the basic beach essentials. This includes gears such as towels, Backpacks, water bottles, glasses , phones, sunscreen and a floaty. These props will be used to give the usual feel of a trip to the beach with friends. All of these will be carried on hand or on our bodies as we navigate towards the location. Location: Fort Lauderdale Beach is the desired location. If nothing goes wrong of course. If not Lauderdale By the Sea is our second beach beach my group and I will film at. (Hopefully nothing happens) Schedule: Sunset, around 6 Pm. On weekends only since we have school and work schooldays. Going For the sunset will be a lot easier with no sun in our faces. The sunset sky is also a way better background since it’s pretty.   Hey guys welcome back to another blog. This time i’ll be informing you a little more about the whole music video set up because i don’t wanna spoil much yet. Okay so first let me introduce to my group. (ignore the guy he’s not in the group) Zoe, Jenna, and Amaya, we’re all working together for the rest of the year. I was happy they have the class too but not only for this . I chose them since they’re one of the most reliable people I know. If anything was more reliable than me if i’m being honest. Each have their own percs. Zoe is great at time management so she’ll be making sure we don’t submit anything late or film last minute. Jenna not only has a car, but she knows spots all around Fort lauderdale for us to film and have multiple scenes. Amaya is the creative thinker, she’s the one who can come up with great ideas that will work. Of course me, even though I just learned editing, I do it the best (i’m not being cocky I swear).  Hey fan!Back at it again with another intro blog incase you guys forgot. I’m really proud of myself for the making of my commercial. I hope you guys liked it too it definitely took time like I said. I’m excited to tell you all there’s a NEW video coming soon, but it’s not a commercial. It’s a MUSIC VIDEO.I think this is going to be way better than the commercial but thanks to that, it will take way longer and be a lot harder of course. It’s okay because this assignment will test my filming and editing skills to the max for now. Of course when you hear music video, it’s exactly what you think it is. A song playing while me and friends are performing to match the story of the song, exciting right? Okay this blog is not about is not about the music video for now, i’ll be reminding you guys a little more about myself. Of course I love the beach as you guys clearly saw in my commercial so i’m hoping some scenes will be on the beach.  Since i’m in florida, if it rains it’ll be even better b
